Relief for chest pain

I had this with the last pregnancy, but not this bad. Any suggestions for relieving sharp, shooting pains in the breast area? Seems to be mostly on the left side, like I'm being stabbed with a big needle. Very unpleasant. Any ideas?

Sorry if I am stating the obvious, but have you consulted with your doctor? It doesn't sound very normal to me (but it might be normal for you, especially if you had something similar before). I don't have any suggestions but wanted to wish you good luck.
