online or classroom- spanish for medical professionals?

Have any of you in medical fields taken a "spanish for medical professionals" class? I have a book but since I am starting with no spanish (I have some french), I think I need a class format. Online options are many, but its not clear which is good. Also, I'd love an actual class. Are there any local hospitals or facilities that have these types of classes? Thanks.
