Want it for a dinner party Friday night - have some free time Thursday afternoon - if i make it then, will it be ok warmed up on Friday?
I'll make a fresh green salad before dinner and chill lots of white wine (hoping for a beautiful warm night to sit outside) |
| It will be fine if you make it on Thursday afternoon. You can also serve it room-temperature, instead of warming up. If you want to serve it warm, keep the oven temperature pretty low or the eggs might get overcooked. |

I think it's actually BETTER warmed up.
Just don't overcook it -- maybe cut 10 mins off the cook time to allow for additional cooking when you reheat. |
| You can make ahead and freeze as well, but if you're making it Thursday for Friday it will be fine in the fridge until you heat it up. |
| A bit off topic, but in the most recent Food Network Magazine they had a whole section in there on quiche and different "combos" to make. I have already made three. |
