When I search by a certain zip, a few houses pop up that are in nearby zips (but not the zip I selected). Is this because the agent paid a fee to Redfin/MLS to be listed twice? Or is it because the house is very near the zip selected (but it's odd that only a few houses, not all, in the surroun ding zip show).
It is because the agent marks the location on a map and got it off slightly, which happens to be in your zip code search
I don't know the reason, but I have noticed that a few houses in Parkwood, which straddles Kensington and Bethesda, appear in searches for both 20895 and 20814.
That's because there are parts of Parkwood in 20814 and parts in 20895.
Right, Einstein, but I am saying they appear in searches for BOTH zip codes, not solely in the one they are in. Keep up. |
