| Browse the forum at the Landlord protection agency, http://www.thelpa.com/. I would take a day and read as much as you can! i found it very helpful. |

| I found the book Property Management for Dummies to be really helpful. Of course you still need to read up on MD and MOCO specific laws, but it was chock full of good tips. |
