S/O Ikea cabinets... Question about cabinet height

One of my pet peeves is when kitchen cabinets do not touch the ceiling (or the moulding for that matter doesn't touch the ceiling). Looking online at Ikea cabinets, I don't see any pictures where the cabinets (or moulding) are flush to the ceiling.
Does anyone have Ikea cabinets that are flush to the ceiling? Is it possible or will it look silly with how the cabinets are constructed? Many thanks! |

| we have bulkhead in our kitchen, and our cabinets are flush with that. You can put moulding on the top of them, if that helps. But the cabinets are very specific shapes/sizes, so if they don't work in your space...they probably aren't the best option. We had to give up a cabinet we had over our sink in our old place because IKEA didn't make anything that fit that space. |
