My son is in an overcrowded AAP center district with six schools feeding into it and I just noticed that Colvin Run is an AAP center but it looks like Great Falls is the only other school that feeds into it and it has a local level IV program. Is that right? Why wouldn't all the children at each school just stay at their base school for AAP?

Because some believe the peer group found at the Center is better for their child(ren)?

Is that right? Are there any other elementary schools that feed into Colvin Run as a center?

My point is that Colvin Run is a Center of 2 schools it seems unlike other centers that have many schools feeding into them. Why is there a need to make it a Center when both schools have a large number of AAP students able to create a good environment at both schools?
