How much to add a full bath - ballpark estimates?

We have a rough-in in the basement, but never got around to adding the bathroom. Does anyone know offhand what it might cost to add a full or half bath? We seem to be the only house among our model in our neighborhood whose original owners opted to leave it at rough-in stage. I'm only interested in adding the bathroom if we'll make it back in the appraisal, since we'll be on a company relo next year.
