Can anyone recommend a spa in the dc area for massages that also has an area to relax in? I'm coming to dc to bring a friend out for a relaxing day to take her mind off of her life and I'd love if we could relax in a hot tub, steam room, sauna, etc after our massages. Thanks.
No spa-goers on?
Spa World
Mandarin Oriental.
Second the mandarin.
Lorien in Old Town Alexandria- has a steam room and a nice waiting room, plus a bunch of other nice touches.
Serenity Day Spa in Tenley
Actually, scratch that recommendation. I just saw that you're looking for a hot tub, sauna, etc. Serenity has a nice relaxation room where you can share a meal if you're doing a lunch package but it doesn't have the amenities that you're looking for. Violet gives an amazing facial, though! |
Mandarin is super nice. The Four Seasons also has steam room, sauna etc. but not as posh - still very nice.
