The joy of cupcakes. Look her up on Facebook, we had cupcakes done by her for my son's 3rd birthday and they were totally reasonable, gorgeous, and they tasted so good.

Any chance you can make it to a Wegman's? Their bakery items are excellent. I think Whole Foods has good items too, but I love cakes and cupcakes from Wegmans.

betty crocker. Maybe 3$ for the box and $3 for frosting, takes 40 minutes to prepare and bake and the kids don't know they're not fancy.

Great to hear this! We are getting cupcakes from her for a party later in May. I'm excited! We have peanut amnd treenut allergies, so I'm looking forward to tasting her stuff.

Shoppers Food Warehouse in Potomac Yards. They sell by the platter--24 cupcakes per platter for $15! I told them half chocolate/half vanilla with "spring colors" for icing. Ordered right over the phone and could not have been easier! They are good size too--I would say a little bigger than homemade ones. Everyone raved about them!

why not just make them out home - 1dollar for the mix 1 dollar for frosting and your done

Harris Teeter. WAY better than Giant, etc., but cheaper than cupcake bakeries.

The Safeway across from the Lee Harrison shopping center. I've bought cupcakes and birthday cakes there and they're delicious, especially the frosting.
