What is the general reputation of Ashburn schools? And Loudoun schools?

Ashburn schools are the highest-ranking within Loudoun County Public Schools. Park View scores a lot lower than the others for some reason.

Because Park view is in the "bad" part Sterling (20164) not Ashburn.

The schools in 20165 Sterling, Ashburn and Leesburg are all good. The more rural ones get less consistent.
