Spring perfume/scent recommendations

I've gotten out of the habit of wearing perfume but am inspired to start up again. I'm looking for something that smells clean and crisp that I can wear everyday-- not just to work, but when I'm hanging out with the kids as well.

One of the Vera Wang scents (I think there's at least 3 - sounds like what you are looking for)?

I love the Pacifica brand - I swore of perfume b/c of the nasty chemicals, but I like Malibu Lemon and the Gardenia. They sell it at Whole Foods and Roots.

Coach Poppy Flower

Also like Pacifica. I'm partial to the Lilac scent, but then I've always loved lilac. It's very authentic and not overwhelming like some of the artificial lilac scents.

Please don't wear perfume every day. There are now so many adults and children that are allergic to chemical fragrances that it's just rude. For a special occasion, but not everyday. I know several people who wear perfume daily and several of us try to avoid being near them. One problem is that when you wear it everyday, your sense of smell gets numbed and you can't smell it. They slowly put on more and more, plus it gets in their clothing and doesn't wash completely out. They reek of perfume. Please just keep it for special occasions and not every day.

If we work in close proximity (i.e. share an office or cube) and you have allergies, I can accomodate that...but a general don't wear perfume...unhh...no

You are ridiculous. First, your assertion that everyone who wears it everyday puts on too much is absurd. Many, many people wear it everyday and do not overdo it. Second, it certainly isn't rude to wear perfume when and how you like. If that was true one could argue that scented deodorant shouldn't be worn and nor should people use scented shampoo or lotion.

I feel for you. You must not have many friends.
