COSA = Change of School Assignment (having your kid go to a school that is not assigned to your address)
Title I = a school that qualifies for more funding and reduced class size based on a high percentage of students eligible for Free and Reduced Meals (FARMs, another acronym you probably want to know). The actual percentage depends on poverty rates across the country, but it's usually around 60-70%. |
