Looking for a fun-filled morning of play and learning for your boys and
girls, ages 5-9, this summer? CLEVELAND PARK CAMP, a neighborhood tradition for 35 years, is once again offering an active and informal program of swimming, sports and games, arts and crafts, science, music, stories, puppets, drama games, and exploring different cultures. Learn new skills and make new friends. Or bring your old friends with you. The camp runs from June 11-August 10 and from 9am-1pm at the Cleveland Park Club. You do not need to be a club member or live in Cleveland Park to attend. We have a caring and energetic team of fun-loving and supportive counselors-in-training (CITs), ages 11-16, many of whom have been CPC campers themselves, who are positive and enthusiastic role models for the campers. A 2011 quote from a parent whose children are returning for their sixth year: "This camp is the tiny jewel of the neighborhood: homespun, low-key, and terrifically creative fun for kids of all ages. Our kids come home singing, telling stories, and delighting in their new friends. It's what camp was always meant to be!"
