| is a baby bjorn sufficient? or would you recommend a backpack? And at what age is it safe to do so given neck support conditions, etc.? |

A frame backpack generally requires the baby to be able to sit up on its own--about six months.
I would guess most people would use a Bjorn or an Ergo or something like that before that (or, in the case of the Ergo, even after that!). |
