unknown poor responders ? any advice/success stories?

Hi,

I'm in my early 30s and my only issue was an AMH score that is not optimal. (I think around 1.5) Husband has 3% 4% morphology. Tried 3 IUIs etc. now on cycle of IVF and not responding too well. Anyone else have a similar situation? Is there a lot they can do with drugs in the future to respond better? Or anyone else repond slowly or poorly, and still have success in that cycle. (I have about 4-5 10-12 size follies right now and one 14 and one very big, after 7 days of stims.

Thanks for your help and your stories. I need encouragement as I was not expecting this to go like this.

Your AMH isn't bad. The biggest predictor of egg quality is age, and since you're in early 30's, chances are your eggs at good. Even if you don't produce a lot eggs, you just need one good one. Good luck!

Usually doe those who dont respond to med, doctirs tweak the protocol fo rthe next round. You may have been suppressed too much. So dont be dissapointed. Your AMH is not bad at all. ask your doc to change your protocol next time (that is if you dobnt get pregnant this time). Also, as PP said your egg quality must be good considering your age, so it is not always the number of eggs. Good luck to you.
