My base school is an AAP center. The school I would like to transfer into is also an AAP center. So I can't figure out how to use that logic.
I'd like to transfer my DD to another school for child care/after school activities/opportunities. For elem, I was able to do a child care hardship transfer. I'd like for her to be able to continue her activities but they are all in the transferred into district. The activities offer pick up service as long as she's as a specific middle school. |
| You may be better off hiring a nanny/driver. It is unlikely to get a middle school transfer approved unless you are a school employee...and even then it would be to the school closest to the one you work at, not just the one closest to her after school activities. There comes a time when you need to adjust and make choices instead of trying to work the system. |

why do you need childcare in middle school? a sixth grader is old enough to go home, do his or her homework, and make a snack.

| Seventh grader! |
| I don't think she's worried about child care. She's worried about how to get her kid to after school activities. |
