Thanks in advance for any recommendations. I usually just go with FTD, and would like something a little bit special this time around. Her birthday is tomorrow, so it it too short notice for something like Red Envelope.

You didn't say where you are looking, but I love The Enchanted Florist in Old Town Alexandria. They do truly beautiful and unique floral arrangements, and aren't really more than the online providers.
