Someone posted a British talk show segment yesterday that included 3 "pros" of British press/monarchy/who knows but one women was the head of one of the papers for years, anyway, according to her: William keeps a particularly harsh/sharp/strict line against press/paparazzi considering what he went through growing up. And the press accept that. She said the press unrest started when William cancelled his event (and? not sure if this is the same or different) didn't attend his godfather's funeral at the last minute -- and gave a bs excuse. (Not sure if she gave another example). But then the manipulated photo came out and well, tizzy ensues as British press abhors a vacuum or similar. I'll try to find the segment and repost. She at least spoke with some experience in the general subject area.

The oldest will be king. He goes to boarding school soon and then will have to live with William.
