My kid has low self esteem, and I want him in the easiest FCPS elementary school

My child thinks he is a failure at the age of 6. We had him evaluated and he scored 118 on the WISC. I am thinking the best thing for his self esteem would be to have him go to a safe, but low-quality school where he would be the big fish in the small pond.

Any suggestions?
