Subject: How can I find the last week's pollen/mold levels?

My allergies were mild and not really a problem, until yesterday. All of a sudden I'm congested, sneezy, headachy, and miserable. I'd like to figure out what I'm sensitive to. How can I find out what allergen spiked in the past couple of days? This has to be out there but I can only find pollen forecasts, not past numbers.

Allergy sufferers - I feel for you. Here’s the latest pollen report from Susan Kosisky, microbiologist at the U.S. Army Centralized Allergen Extract Lab (bold text added emphasis)

Wow...our tree count has surged into the VERY HIGH range, courtesy of area oak pollen and host of other trees at 2123.96 grains/cubic meter. The oak constitutes some 67% of our total annual tree pollen yield and when the oaks start flowering our tree count shoots up. This looks to be the highest March reading 1998-2011 for tree pollen due to an early oak surge this year.

The count of about 2,124 is almost a four-fold increase from yesterday’s count of 568 grains / cubic meter. The highest tree pollen count on record is 4,539, set April 25, 2009. April tends to have the highest counts of any month.
