Seasonal allergies cause tiredness & achiness?

| This year I've joined the ranks of seasonal allergy sufferers. Although I'm not taking any allergy medicine, I also notice that I am extremely tired and achy these days. Are the two thing possibly related? |

I'm right there with you. I feel extremely run down and my throat is sore from the pnd.
What do people take either OTC or prescription? |

| Yes - this happens to me every year. I feel the allergies, tiredness, run down, and before I know it those things have turned into a full on head cold and cough. It's hard to distinguish where one starts and one stops. |
