9 days isn’t really that much less than the 15 that would be a typical 50/50 split.

That doesn’t seem like enough of a reason and the judge agreed.

The judge only agreed it wasn’t an emergency, set a court date in two months. Don’t think Ant has much a leg to stand on, especially given the unusually hectic time I’m her life. This should have gone to mediation. And his criticizing *her* for using the kids for pr? His “good dad” pr is incessant, what a hypocrite.

9 days doesn’t sound great but maybe she’s been crazy busy with work and he hasn’t. I could see how in their odd professions, things might ebb and flow. And she remarried, organized another move etc. Saying she’s unfit because of a sunburn is pretty nuts.

I am guessing he is concerned about having a two year old go back and forth to Tenn. She should allow him custody. He is fully focused on the child as is Rene. She is all over the place and should focus on seeing the child when she can.

Is she residing in TN permanently? Voluntarily? I'd think family court doesnt like when 1 parent purposely moves far away for "no good reason" (unless it's a job relocation or other specific reasonable cause).
How does that work out with custody of Taylor and Brayden with Tarek if she's so far out of state?
It doesn't bode well.

She has made very clear on insta that TN is a vacation home. Looks they go on weekends every few weeks. Her reality shows (Christina on the Coast, and her new one with her new husband) are I believe both in CA. Where Tarek is, so I assume she is committed to live there for her older kids. Plus she is from CA....nothing to me screams she wants to permanently reside in TN.

Her new show is based in TN.

And she moved there for tax purposes. State law requires her to be resident in TN for 6 months plus 1 day to file taxes. Which meant she moved across the country away from the children’s father for selfish reasons. Not to mention the CA homes she bought are unsuitable for an infant - with three pools and no yard in one of them.

If she was a single father living like a bachelor, you all would lambast her.

I agree. He's no better. And his 'emergency' filing, because the child had sunburn (which can happen despite trying to prevent, parent of light skinned kids here) and he's mad because Renee caught covid, supposedly from Hudson? Not sure what Ant expected Christina to do , with hold Hudson from him-which would have been a violation of court orders.

He sounds like a controlling whiner. Just co parent, fool-at least you are on the same continent with him!

The hypocrisy on here is laughable. If a Dad only has his child 9 days a month or less, was responsible for allergic reactions, sunburns, etc DCUMers would be dragging him to the stake. If you read the filings from both- A states that she keeps her custody time with two older children but not H (allegedly). Christina fired back that she has to give him right of first refusal and he always accepts and one time he was delayed from work for a few days so Rene cared for H until he returned- in a “step mom type role” because he didn’t want H with the nanny at Christina’s. It is possible, in my opinion that Tarek and H value alone newlywed time and don’t mind if kids are with Nanny at Christina’s. Ant does. Why does this make him a bad guy? It’s also one thing to post photos of him with H at the pool as a “good Dad” and entirely another to have paid SM advertising with the child to portray being a good mom. Allegedly, in my opinion.

He's not going to get full custody because the child had sunburn, and C follows the parenting plan by offering first refusal. I don't see any grounds for a custody change, and I agree that the filing is not in the child's best interest.

Would surprise me if this is really about $$. If he is the legal primary, he will get a lot of child support. She is far wealthier than he.

This is so f-ing hypocritical.

Ant moved TO A DIFFERENT COUNTRY than his 10 year old and 13 year old children. Immediately upon moving (for a car show) he met Christina, a recently divorced mom with 2 kids, and jumped full on to a serious relationship and marriage. In 2018, they were expecting.

But because he posts a photo on Instagram once a year with he and his older kids, he is a GREAT DAD!

There is no other son old enough to play soccer. It was either the son before his appendix flared, or the daughter.

It doesn’t look like parents get along at all per photos in the story.
