Good news for KG.

Official report has Mrs. Holly McGuigan as the new principal effective Oct.14.

She comes from Haycock where she was the assistant principal.

Rumor has it that she's an awesome administrator and beloved by both teachers and kids, which, according to some, is the opposite of how the current principal at Haycock is received.

Seems like a great step forward moving past Dr. Hooker as they work towards elevating KG to greater heights.

Anyone here have a 1st grader in the French program? We are contemplating a move to the district, and want to be sure of the right decision. What are the odds for in-district 1st time admissions (no siblings)? Non-francophone, but a good vocab foundation. Do you recommend the program and do you see any difference since Hooker left?
