Nobody has any loyalty to Trump and I am here for it. There are now leaks about the leaks!

These jerks want us to think that they’re heroes when in reality their plan was to use Donald Trump to enact the policies they want. Now that he has proven to be batshit, they realize that working in his administration is going to be a stain on their resumes forever and so they are trying to spin it as being part of the “resistance” from within the White House.

Agree 100%.

Agree 100%.

+1 if this person (and the others) think that after all this crap, people will see them as "heroes", they've got another thing coming. People will be questioning why they didn't act sooner if they knew him to be amoral and a loon. More like they are enablers, allowing him to stay in office, and everyday he does, he hurts this country.

If they really wanted to help the country one of them should video Trump during his meltdowns and post it on social media.

President A**hole is ugly to the core. Show us how he acts behind closed doors.

Forgive me if I don't put too much credence in anonymous authors (or sources).

You guys understand that the nyt does know who it is right?

Somehow their reading comprehension is not very good.
The NYT does know who it is, they are keeping the "senior advisor" anonymous. Probably not Trump's relatives.

I am terrified that this is going to cause him to order something galactically stupid and refuse to be talked out of it just to spite the people around him that the op-ed writer claims have been working to rein him in. "I'll show you!" or something like that. He's dangerously paranoid, narcissistic, and idiotic and the walls are closing in on him. If I wake up tomorrow to see that he's ordered the Air Force to carpet bomb Frankfurt, I won't be surprised.

Agree as well. If Trump's not competent, he's not competent. I wonder if they are also afraid Pence won't be any better.

We are entering the most dangerous moment yet in this presidency.
The moment he realizes the nuclear codes were fake and demands the real ones.
Let's hope the Resistance has a few more tricks up its sleeve.

No way is it SHS. She doesn't have a role in any kind of policy making - she just spews the lies she is told.

Also no way it is Pence. I don't think he is capable of sounding so reasonable without invoking his faith. He is also conflicted and I don't think the NYT would/ should publish something like that from someone who clearly stands to benefit if 45 resigns/ is impeached.

I agree it's someone in more of a overall policy/ foreign policy or law enforcement type role. I would be very, very surprised if it were someone from the military - just too dangerous for them to go there.

I agree. But I think the military has enough good people who will prevent that from happening.
