I apologize. My facetiousness was not apparent, and wasn't in good taste. |
Muslima, you haven't answered my question. What did the owner of the kosher deli do to engage the hostility? |
Ahh, so now you know it's not just about the cartoons? You're on the right track buddy.....I will tell you, when you tell me what the Iraqi children who died when Bush invaded Iraq did to engage the hostility....... |
And, the owner of the Kosher deli was part of that? Really? Please explain. And, FWIW, I'm not your buddy. Convinced now that you are not a woman. |
It's allowed to think and reflect, sometimes...... |
I am.mortified by this Saudi blogger getting flogged. Mortified. I read one article, and my stomach somersaulted. 50 lashes in a public square in jiddah? Muslims you have advocated fiercly for freedom. Do you know where the demonstration against this horror will be held in dc? I will be there with my family. Will you? |
Also, a few months ago Muslima knew how to use ellipses correctly, but now she doesn't. Weird. |
Also, a few months ago the whole country was on the verge of imploding over issues involving race and police and the public was being forced to choose sides...one French cartoon later and all is forgotten. Weird. |
Well it's not like France has been relevant regarding anything important for decades and decades now. Loser country. |
To Muslima 16:47 - Oy vey, child.
Sadly, the Iraqi children were collateral victims in a warzone. The people in the Jewish grocery store were targeted for perceived religious reasons by terrorists. And you have the nerve to kvetch about some cartoons??? |
Stop calling her child, dearie, sweetie, darling, or whatever. It is demeaning, and she is making thoughtful points, whether or not you agree with her. So she does not deserve it. |
Okay Mom.

To 10:05 - That's how I speak to everyone...it's cultural...and as an 80 year old black woman from the south, I've earned the right to call someone child. And I live in America where freedom of speech still exists.

Right on! ![]() |
I don't have to celebrate MLK day because I'm black everyday. MLK day is for white folk to reflect and learn. |
