If you were in charge of FCPS, what budget cuts would you make?

14:21 There most certainly were crowded classrooms some years in the 90's. I have teacher friends who had 30 low performing kids in a classroom.

the 90's when AAP was smaller, classrooms were very crowded and segregated between classrooms with all lower students, GT classrooms, and combination classes of average/independent workers across two grade levels. Is this what you want to go back to?

My kids were in elementary in the '90's. Their classes were not overcrowded and things worked just fine. I don't know what you are talking about.

We might as well cut math since it doesn't seem to be working. The budget goes from $2,400,000,000.00 to $2.500,000,000.00 (an increase of $100,000,000.00) and people think it's a cut....

There is an increase of students every year. Think of the budget on a per student basis and then see whether any cuts can be made.
