It’s painfully obvious Anna is scraping every surface for attention. It’s also very clear she is using mark for some sort of clout or status. I do not get any natural chemistry from their content whatsoever, and in fact, it seems like they can’t stand eachother. Her consistent talking about her ex doesn’t help that either.

I can't believe Mark has gone from the involved dad and charismatic youth pastor I once knew, to this. He’s basically standing there like a prop, reading off his wife’s ChatGPT script to help drum up clients for her fake business. He’s a genuinely nice guy, but he always came off a little spazzy and disorganized and desperate to be liked. This kind of person with a control-freak is not gonna fare well. Anna seems like the type who won’t let anyone challenge her, and Mark is just going along playing assistant in her hustle. I am sure Anna had the final say in him moving away from his kids too. I know he's a grown adult but I hope someone in his life is trying to talk sense to him. All of this is a bad look and I think he's ruining any professional credibility he had by these videos with her not to mention the not hard to see abandonment of his kids while trying to give parenting advice. Also I know he's aging, we all are, but he looks sad and tired.

Is he tired, or just taking gummies to stay chill while she recites the script in her harsh voice?

I knew him from our kids' school and he was always very upbeat and involved with the school activities. It's sad to see him looking kind of defeated these days.

Mark is a really nice guy. I hate this so much for him. I genuinely do not see what he’s getting out of this bargain. It’s even more tone deaf for her to post about how he likes to play with kids … when his are nowhere in sight?

I am also flabbergasted by how she makes EVERYTHING about herself. Picture of her daughter and a friend…about how she lived in different places and didn’t have lifelong friends. I think she’s beyond narcissistic

Textbook narcissist. Cheats on her first husband, spins the narrative that nobody asks for to make him look bad, launches a coaching business with no real credentials other than being divorced…Mark should run before it’s too late.

Sometimes I wonder if Kristen is the only one posting here. Like, are all these posts written by Kristen and it’s her own therapy and self-promotion? Because that would be really awesome.

LOL I've wondered if it's the ex's fiance. But I fear there's not enough tea here for it to be someone that close to the situation. Because if she's this crazy online for us to be discussing her this much, she has to be unhinged to those two. Kristen and Tim's fiance, if you're here, we need you to spill more!

Yeah I’ve wondered the same. But given the podcast situation with the ex’s gf there’s no way she wouldn’t have weighed in with more. Feel the same re Kristen but like the OP said… would be awesome, is mostly unlikely.

I am here because the Howerton kids went to school with mine and I watched Kristen blog about untrue or very exaggerated things in her life. She acted like the school was racist (her boys were some of the most popular kids) and that other parents were talking about her and Mark and even speculating about their sex life (short answer: no.) She gained a huge following built partly on lies about our community.
It has been fascinating to watch the fallout from the blogosphere. Kristen is with a normal-seeming, nice guy but Mark has chosen a very troubled gal.

There are never any posts of Mark with his kids any more. Even when he’s in California, he doesn’t appear to spend any real time with them. It’s heartbreaking to me.
