The opening notes are seared into my memory and likely I won't forget where I was when I last heard it-- in my lifetime.

The death scene in Soylent Green introduced me to the Peer Gynt Suite when I was just a kid. To this day, it brings me to tears every time I hear it. This video is really bad quality, but it’s the scene where Sol has chosen to die and is shown scenes from what earth used to look like before the vast overpopulation and destruction.
