My thought too but somehow she's a dumber and trashier version of Palin. Who knew that was possible?

My prediction? She gets ousted next year then has some sort of reality show.

I'll be looking for her on Dancing With the Stars!

She has the figure for it.

Who's the boomer who keeps using the word "figure" like this is a 70s playtex cross your heart bra ad?

Haha. It's like they don't realize she obviously smokes to keep her "figure."

If she is trailer trash, how has she kept her shape after so many pregnancies while non-trailer trash moms struggle?

In the us, fitness and ses is linked pretty closely

There’s a correlation between obesity rates and SES, but it’s not an absolute. There are obese wealthy people and waif thin people living in poverty. Boebert isn’t trashy because of her SES. She’s trashy because she’s just a garbage person.

Anyway she's rich!

Compared to whom?

I'd say someone making nearly half a million per year as a "consultant" before becoming a taxpayer-funded public s** pest is doing pretty well for themselves

Isn’t that her ex? Besides, the whole point of that article is to show she’s not independently wealthy. She makes Congress pay, and she owns a house. That’s about it. Comfortable isn’t the same as wealthy, especially when we’re talking about politicians with national visibility.

It says she doesn't have $20 million - but that she was earning almost half a million per year. Maybe in your world that isn't rich, but in mine it sure is.

It says she doesn’t have any substantial assets and her house isn’t paid off. That wasn’t her making half a million, it was her husband. They’re divorcing. I’m pretty sure they’re not savers or smart investors, so between that being a fairly new income level for him and them getting divorced, it doesn’t seem to translate to them being solid and secure. She makes approximately 175k annually, with 4 kids, a grandkid on the way, and being around wealthy people who dress nicely, eat at expensive restaurants, and drive nice cars, I bet she blows through her salary with nothing to show for it really quickly. I’m sure she isn’t ethical about campaign money or gifts, but assuming she isn’t a blatant thief, $175k doesn’t put her in the price bracket I bet she wants to live in.

Again, 175k is comfortable. There’s no reason someone in Colorado couldn’t have a fine life with that income. But someone who didn’t come from money, doesn’t have a great education and financial background, who has 4 kids and a grandchild (and idk, maybe a DIL) to be financially responsible for, who’s running with a wealthy crown and has to keep up appearances, while also dealing with impulse control issues (vaping and feeling up a partner during a family friendly play definitely demonstrates impulsive tendencies), I don’t have great confidence she’ll be happy with $175k plus possibly some child support (if he keeps a high paying job he seems to have gotten due to her political rise-will he keep it after the divorce). 175k isn’t rich though.

She can always go back to escorting. Allegedly. She seems to already be working on her hand skills.

Did not know about this escorting allegation. At this point I'd put nothing past her.

It's been said...

Had absolutely no idea. Will just make her more attractive to the MAGA vote.

Not to rush to her defense here, but I believe fact checkers said that above picture is not actually her. There are allegations that she did appear on one of these sites, and some other pictures go along with that. BUT false is false, and I'm pretty sure the one above is false.

I don't know, if you see a meme and one of the images is fake, then it seems like skepticism of the other is warranted.

Feeling obligated to look more into this, CNN did a pretty detailed report on the problems with the prostitution/abortion claims against her. We should just stick to the things we know she did, and not bank on a sketchy sources for even more dirt.

I thought it was proven that she was registered as “talent” “Explore Talent,” which the CNN article doesn’t even touch on. That’s not to say she was an escort, but I can’t find any proof that she did or did not work there.

That's fine but we aspire to be better than that.

ExploreTalent is a site where people seeking acting or modeling jobs post a profile. The thing that raised eyebrows was the photo of the woman on the bed, which turns out is not her. There is also an allegation from the same organization that she was on a "sugar daddy" site sugardaddymeet.com, but CNN says the company cannot find a profile for her there.

I can’t believe that Russian collusion was proven (it was) and Donald Trump acted like he did and you still don’t think there was any blackmail.

No, Democrats are not like Republicans, sadly. I wish those burning book pictures were fake.

But I really do think we need to make fun of these MAGAs as much as possible. You don't even have to make anything up. They have no respect for us, let's have no respect for them.
