OK, I know the chances are very very slim of this getting back to the gentleman who gave me his parking spot today (and to whom I promised I'd give it right back, if he just waited 2 minutes or went around the block once), but in the off chance of someone here knowing him; I would like to say thank you again, and I'm so sorry, I waited and waited, people were lining up, I waved the first two on, but you did not return! My baby was cyring in her carseat and I just had to pull out of that spot eventually!
You had a VA license plate and a dark gray(?) Toyota (Prius?), and a cellphone in your ear. We were back after less than 2 minutes. I feel really really bad I did not see you come back, and hope it was because you found another spot.
