The Montgomery County Board of Education deserves to be sued. It has been a pattern not to address any compaints against principals no matter how serious those complaints may have been. The Board and MCPS retaliated against parents who complained.
This has been going on for years. There is absolutely no accountability in MCPS. As a result principals always felt they could do whatever they wanted. I am familiar with one such principal who acted unethically and lied constantly and the Boadr knew it. My phone calls to Shirley Brandman were not returned. The "work with the principal" strategy just gave the principal more opportunities to lie. |

| Good for the teachers. I hope you will win big time. But we all know that the principal wil just be re-assigned after some useless training or perhaps given a promotion at Carver. |
