| Any recommendations for a colorist that specializes in enhancing brunette shades downtown, preferably in or around the 20036 zip code? Not looking for highlights just someone who is good with long lasting coverage and can gives decent cuts for long hair layers. Not looking to spend hundreds on color. Thanks. |

| Jennifer at PR partners. Caveat - my hair is blond not town and it ain't cheap. But her color skills are superb. And she does a great cut too - I have long straight hair. |
