Deep Creek Lake

Anybody have property in Deep Creek and have opinions on what is available in 400k range or less?

Considering either upgrading our primary residence or keeping it and purchasing a second home. Deep Creek is appealing b/c Wisp makes it year-round.

For 400k, I think you could rent a place for the 3-4 times you'd use it a year for next 50 years.

Or do you go there that often to justify the cost?

Friday afternoon traffic to get there is a nightmare! Starting at 1pm on Fridays it just crawls, it usually take us 5 hours to get to our house
