Suggestions for a St. Patrick's Day family dinner?

Growing up, it was our family tradition to go to an "Irish" restaurant for St. Patrick's day dinner. But other than bars that will be full of really drunk 22 y.o.'s, I don't know anyplace in D.C. that really does a St. Patrick's Day celebration. Any suggestions? I'd rather not drive super far unless it is worth it and we know we can get a table.

for me, if I wanted to go out with friends and celebrate this weekend, I would do it anywhere OTHER than a bar or irish restaurant.

My friend always goes to a mexican restaurant on St. Patty's, and an irish restaurant on Cinco de Mayo.

I would go celebrate and do something like Vietnamese. It's still a fun family get together.

I think anything authentically Irish--or even not authentic!--would be packed tomorrow.
