Have you seen the interview I did with him that is on the home page? I had only seen Max once before the interview (at a forum). I was already pretty familiar with the other candidates from previous elections. I have been a fan of Renee Bowser's for some time and I also have to concede that Muriel Bowser has done a pretty good job. So, Max really needed to work to make an impression on me. I thought he did well in the forum, but not well enough to eclipse the two Bowsers. Then, I interviewed him and was very impressed. He came off a lot better one on one then he had in the forum. I've since seen the candidates at more forums and watched how Max has been campaigning. At this point, I think he is the clear alternative to Muriel (not that I necessarily like him better than Renee, but he is campaigning stronger). I really don't see how Muriel loses this election, but I'm a believer in long term strategies. If you like Max, support him now to help build credibility for the future. After all, Muriel may run for mayor and the Council seat will be open soon. |

| Thank Jeff; I'll check out the interview. I agree that right now the Muriel machine seems unstoppable, but, unlike you, I'm not a fan of hers, so I'm glad to hear that Skolnik shows promise. |

| I have no reason to see how he is better then Bowser. I'm pretty happy with how Bowser has represented us, and think I will support her. |
