Have you used Vitex (chaste berry) with success?

I am considering taking it but wondered if there were any real-life women who'd conceived using it? Would love to hear your stories. I went through the IUI and, ultimately, the IVF route for DS but am hoping (praying) that I might be able to conceive "naturally" this time. I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility after 3 years of TTC.

Also, can you take it while nursing?
