Delicious, special cookie platter for birthday party?

We are throwing a huge party this spring and want to serve a big spread of delicious cookies and brownies, or some other kind of hand held/bite-size desserts that people can just grab off the buffet without a lot of fuss. Anyone have a recommendation for a great pastry shop or bakery? Hoping for something in MoCo or DC.

Also, Cornucopia (Bethesda)......A specialty Italian market. They have a homemade selection of Italian cookies/ small pastries.

Did not like the brownie from Leslie's but the chocolate chip cookie was good. Love Cornucopia, great cookies, good cannolis. There are good italian bakeries in Baltimore. Carla from Top chef does cookies. Google her. She is local

I love cookies from Bundles of Cookies in Bethesda. They do decorated sugar cookies.

Praline off Sangamore does these really beautiful praline tiered presentation like a praline tree. They are very colorful and look very pretty.
