bright horizon parents question about application. CHECK REQUIRED to get an application???

Not at our BH location (IRS daycare in New Carrollton). We only had to put down the deposit if we applied, not to get the application. However, our spot on the waitlist was only guaranteed when we put in the deposit. If we waited until we returned the application, we might have been lower on the list.

No check to get the application, but a check to accompany the completed application to hold the spot on the waitlist; I think for Bright Horizons the application fee covers getting on the waiting list at 3 of their centers. Most places we looked at required an application fee, unfortunately.

We were asked for payment once a spot became available (first month to hold the spot until we started). We were not asked for anything besides the application fee of 150 for three centers prior to that.
