There is a lot that most people probably know that I do not. In fact, I find myself looking up most of the things that I see talked about on DCUM.

I am well intentioned but not well informed. I never heard of big law until I came here, had never heard of STEM careers, and thought principals were only in the school system.

Teach me more DCUM, tell me something that I probably do not know.

-I know almost nothing about politics.
-Don't know the dates of any major wars
-Don't know how many Presidents there have been. And can't name but a few of them.
-Can't remember who's on the paper bills (except for the dollar and the hundred)

Don't come to DCUM expecting to learn stuff (not that I think knowing about Biglaw is all that important, and I used to be in Biglaw). Read a book or a magazine like the New Yorker.
