Cramped hands

| Yesterday was a busy day and I didn't eat for many hours- not a big deal. Except my hands started to do this weird thing- they started to tighten up- like if you touch all of the tips of your fingers together tightly. And it was hard to open them. Why? |

| Dehydration. When I get this I have some gatoraid for sodium too. (electrolytes off balance). Seriously painful, isn't it. |
