Hello,
We are seeing a few homes in the North Kensington area, on west and east sides of Conn Ave north of University Blvd that we are considering to buy. Can anyone comment on the neighboorhoods and Rockview ES? Our budget is <425K. Also, does anyone who lives here commute up to G'burg? DH has to commute there and I commute to Bethesda. Is it terrible to get to 270 from there by cutting through North Bethesda or Rockville? Thanks! |

| The principal at Rockview just left to open the brand new DCC #29 so I don't think you can put much into past comments on the school. Look up the addresses on the sexual predator registry. Otherwise I actually really liked that area when we were looking. Think about through traffic, too. Some if the streets are short-cuts from CT to Viers or Beach. |

| I live in the area and really like it. Zoned for a different school though, and my child is not yet school-age anyway. I've found the location is very convenient to most things. Can't comment on that commute though as I metro to DC. |
