Karen Santorum's abortion doctor boyfriend

Anonymous
They apparently lived for several years together and she had no problem with his occupation or with it supporting their lifestyle.
During that time she even accompanied a friend of the family to the clinic for an abortion to provide moral support.
They split up because she wanted kids and he already had six grown up children and was done with that.

Who cares what someone did 20 years ago. I am certainly not same person or hold the same beliefs that I did 20 years ago.

Let's fully vet the Obama's. I want to know who all they dated, for how long, what they do for a living and what they are doing now. This is ridiculous.

Who cares what happened 20 years a go. If we bring that up why not this

Who cares about who she lived with- they are hypocrites considering he and wife were ready to go forward with abortion when she needed it.

I'm horrified at the thought of him becoming president, but something that happened 20 years ago doesn't bother me. His current views, however, do.

Looking at the current polls he has a good chance beating obama

The point is that she has no views one way or another on the subject. Abortion was great when it helped her and preventing freedom of choice for others is great if it helps her husband's career.

I don't think so. Obama's averaging 7 points ahead of Santorum at Santorum's peak.

She's not running for office, though.

Better than Romney, at least:

"Rasmussen: Obama Leads Romney by 10 Points, Santorum by 7"

http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/rasmussen-obama-leads-romney-10-points-santorum-7_631803.html

Though I've just seen a less pro-Republican poll that had Obama over Romney 60/40.

Those who put their money where their mouth is still think it's about 80% that Mitt gets the nomination and 60% that Obama is reelected -- http://www.intrade.com/v4/home/

Yes she is, in a way. Portraying a devout family firmly committed to its religious "principles" is the Santorums' main appeal. Besides that, they're nobodies in the political realm.
