Which Barefoot Contessa Cookbook to Get?

Anonymous
There are so many! Can someone recommend one that you use a lot?

Here is the kind of cook that I am:

1. Not afraid of a lot of ingredients
2. Not afraid of complicated recipes with a lot of steps
3. Not interested in baking sweets
4. Does not HAVE to be "family friendly" my kids are good eaters.

I just like GOOD food. I'd rather take the time and have an amazing meal that something quick and easy that falls flat.

The indexes for her cookbooks are on her website. Maybe see which one has the most recipes that appeal to you?

Are they the same as in the books? Often I find the online recipes slightly different from print versions.

Don't buy one. All of her recipes are online at foodnetwork.com.

Check them out from your library. That way you can try them out and then buy the ones you like the recipes from.
