There are so many! Can someone recommend one that you use a lot?
Here is the kind of cook that I am: 1. Not afraid of a lot of ingredients 2. Not afraid of complicated recipes with a lot of steps 3. Not interested in baking sweets 4. Does not HAVE to be "family friendly" my kids are good eaters. I just like GOOD food. I'd rather take the time and have an amazing meal that something quick and easy that falls flat. |

| I use Back to Basics a fair amount, and I supplement by getting other reipies of hers on-line. |

| Check them out from your library. That way you can try them out and then buy the ones you like the recipes from. |
