It used to be people would idle around 9:25 for one of these coveted parking spots. Lately the lanes have been bottleknecking starting closer to 9:10 a.m. People are literally sitting in their cars for 20 minutes and traffic is backing up as a result. It's really annoying.
They need to change the parking rules there. Either make it a 1 hour max or don't allow parking before 10:30 a.m. |

| I'm pretty sure there will be less parking (or none) there very soon, since they have broken ground on the new African-American history museum. So your problem will be solved or made worse, depending on whether you need parking or quick moving traffic. |
