It's "the thing" because men in power sometimes abuse their power. Haven't you been paying attention to the Weinstein stuff? The Louie CK stuff? The stuff that just came out from Corey Feldman about his sexual abuse when he was a child star?

The Weinstein stuff was buried by the NYT. So why should I believe them? I remember when Feldman and Haim came out with those allegations years ago - it didn't just come out. It's not that no one believed them - the industry covered it up deliberately. Which contributed to Haim's suicide.

RNC withdraws from fundraising agreement with Roy Moore campaign

The Republican National Committee has withdrawn from a joint fundraising agreement with Roy Moore, according to a Federal Election Commission filing posted Tuesday, as the GOP establishment continues to break ties with the Alabama Senate candidate.

The National Republican Senatorial Committee was the first to drop itself from the agreement, which benefits Moore's campaign, ending its participation last Friday, according to FEC filings.
