Just wondering if anyone has had low amniotic fluid at one sonogram that corrected itself back to normal levels at a subsequent sonogram? I'm almost in week 38, fluid was 15 last Fri., and just under 7 this Tues. I'm going in for another check this Fri., but if it's gotten any lower than they'll want to deliver the baby right then. I've been trying to drink lots of water (was dehydrated on Tues when they did the sono), but not sure if that really helps or not. Thanks! |
Yep, I was on bed rest (at home) and didn't go to work for 10+ days. I didn't mind sitting on the couch. I watched all the baby stories on TLC, but after awhile it was boring. But the doc. kept saying no exercise, drink tons of water, and relax.
To make a long story short, the pockets of amnio. they measure on the sono. are averages and can vary a lot. I was closely monitored and when I reached 38 weeks I was induced. And yes, our DD was perfectly beautiful and perfectly healthy. Good luck and congrats. |
