| Does anyone know what the year end goal is for First graders using Rocket Math? Also how important is it in the math curriculum. I realize understanding basic math facts is important and that memorizing these facts will help with overall math understanding. My DS has a difficult time with the timed propotion of the rocket math and I'm curious to hear about other's parents experiences. |

| I've heard of it, but got the impression it was more of a game than a test. I know my first grader too the MAP-M test but they never told us the results. Interesting.... |
