Why shouldn't homeowners be able to renegotiate the terms or refinance to get a better deal? Business do it all the time -BIG ones like the airlines- and when they do it it is praised as being efficient and as "restructuring."

That's because businesses are noble entities that supply us with everything good in our lives, from products and services, to employment and health care. And they do this for no expectaiton of reward. Meanwhile, every individual American other than PP (and possibly members of her immediate family) are a bunch of blood-sucking leeches who deserved to be squeezed until they pop, then flushed down the toilet. Isn't this obvious? |
