The supervised visitations continued after CPS closed the case and they all had an agreement in place. It wasn't only during the investigation. There's evidence there

Guess what, no 50-50 custody. Jolie was granted 100% physical custody with Pitt receiving visitation. And then there are the reports that he did not always show up for his visitation. Why did he not attend any of his children's graduations, he would have been invited had he nurtured those visitations he missed. I don't get some of you posters caping for a deadbeat father. Well that's not true. If you read the article, plus all the others previously posted, she had no problem with visitation for Brad. A private arbitrator who did not disclose his connections with Brad and his conflict of interest granted joint custody ruling in favor of Brad. An appellate court reversed, so obviously Brad and his team were not playing fair. Reminds me of the bankruptcy judge down in Texas taking cases and not disclosing his personal connections with the female attorney who always prevailed in his court.

Divorce is hard. A lot of people who aren't constantly under public scrutiny aren't the happiest people during this type of life transition. She was with the father of her six children for thirteen years before she said enough and filed for divorce. She probably stayed longer than she should have. She had to remain in the LA area due to conditions of the divorce and keeping the children in the same jurisdiction. It is what it is. Seems like she is finally getting her mojo back with the Tony winning Broadway show.

The "he always wanted daughter" comment and stories about him starting over says it all for me. It's almost worst since I am sure multiple people looked at them before sending it to the press. It might not be Brad directly but he's paying them and what is said ultimately reflects his mindset.

There is nothing wrong with any of the comments in the articles. He’s a father who has been hurt by his vindictive ex-wife’s campaign of parental alienation against him. He is obviously hurt at being cut out of his children’s lives and having his last name dropped. I’m not surprised he’s thinking of having more children with a sane woman, because his crazy ex-wife will ensure he is cut out of his children’s lives as long as she has an influence over them. If he has more children and shows the world he is a good father to them, it will be clear that Angelina is the problem/parental alienator, and she can no longer use the children as a weapon against him to hurt him.

Jolie's passive-aggressive digs at Pitt are absurd. She hopes he will "eventually want peace for the family too." Which apparently translates to he should never see the kids and should let her sale of half of Miraval to a hostile party stand. Basically making it clear her actions are punitive based on his lawsuits against her re: custody and Miraval.

One interesting tidbit. The NDAs apparently could result in unsealing lots of info about their personal business. If he wants this to happen, could be revealing.

Well that's not true. If you read the article, plus all the others previously posted, she had no problem with visitation for Brad. A private arbitrator who did not disclose his connections with Brad and his conflict of interest granted joint custody ruling in favor of Brad. An appellate court reversed, so obviously Brad and his team were not playing fair. Reminds me of the bankruptcy judge down in Texas taking cases and not disclosing his personal connections with the female attorney who always prevailed in his court.

Sure. She just conditioned the kids to dislike and fear him, and obstructed their visits and contact at every turn.

She did not have to condition the kids, he did it to himself when he chose not to participate in visitation. He wanted it his way or nothing at all. You don't have to tell a child that their mother or father is a dirtbag or POS. It reveals itself by that parent's actions or lack thereof.

I didn't read all the previous pages but it's quite likely he was treating the adopted kids differently.They did a great job at bonding the kids together and the alcoholic father who physical/mentally harmed one or more of them is not going to break that bond. If anything it will push them closer.

Divorce is hard. A lot of people who aren't constantly under public scrutiny aren't the happiest people during this type of life transition. She was with the father of her six children for thirteen years before she said enough and filed for divorce. She probably stayed longer than she should have. She had to remain in the LA area due to conditions of the divorce and keeping the children in the same jurisdiction. It is what it is. Seems like she is finally getting her mojo back with the Tony winning Broadway show.

Yet we are told women do better after divorce. Why not this one?

Do better in what sense. And when do they begin to do better? I have witnessed many divorces, some friends have bounced back quickly while others took a lot more time to find peace with the dissolution of their family unit. I witnessed one friend who went off the deep end and became an overbearing evangelical fundamentalist and to her she finds this to peaceful and happier than her marriage. Of course the transformation has been weird for her girlfriends to see, but we are supportive, nevertheless. What does do better mean to you?

Supervised visitation is standard when there’s an ongoing investigation. I’ve been a superviser. Once CPS concluded there was no abuse, that stopped.

No it didn't. He agreed with CPS to have supervivised vists afterward the investigation stopped.

You stated that she must have something on him because he had supervised visits. My point is that supervision is standard during an investigation (which in the end found No Abuse). Doesn’t mean she “has something on him” Just means he cooperated and did whatever was asked to see his kids-including submitting to random testing which wasn’t required of him.

The supervised visitations continued after CPS closed the case and they all had an agreement in place. It wasn't only during the investigation. There's evidence there

Except that no abuse was found, and 50-50 custody recommended, but keep wishing. I wouldn’t doubt she asked for the extended supervision. What we all want to know is what he has on her. Still using hero*n or a synthetic substitute, locking herself in her room days at a time, the obvious ED, sh*t like that. There are several premiers on you tube where she was clearly zonked out of her mind. She’s asked for her own expanded NDAs too.

Recommended at most a corrupt judge and at least a compromised judge. Remember the appellate court comprised of three judges reversed the decision and sent it to a different court. Guess what, no 50-50 custody. Jolie was granted 100% physical custody with Pitt receiving visitation. And then there are the reports that he did not always show up for his visitation. Why did he not attend any of his children's graduations, he would have been invited had he nurtured those visitations he missed. I don't get some of you posters caping for a deadbeat father. Brad looked at his children as the next step in life - trophies and nothing more.

Brad is not a deadbeat. He’s a father who has fought to be in his children’s lives but has been prevented from being in their lives by their crazy mother. Brad is a victim of Angelina’s parental alienation. She learned parental alienation from her mother and has repeated the same behavior. I have no doubt the children have serious issues as a result of Jolie’s actions. She is a bad mother, imo.
